Sometimes, something may not feel right.
If that happens, write to us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll listen—and take it from there, together.
If a piece arrives damaged or not as expected, we’ll make it right. A return or exchange can be arranged once we hear from you.
Because many of our pieces are made in small batches, we’re not always able to accept returns for a change of mind.
Small variations in texture, weave, or colour are part of the making. They are not flaws, but signs of something made by hand.
To begin a return, write to us at connect@enoughstore.in with your order details and, if needed, a few photos. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
In most cases, the piece will need to be sent back to us. Once we receive it, your exchange or refund will be processed within a few days.
We’re a small brand, working closely with individual makers. Every return is handled with care—just like everything else we do.
